How do I make a booking?
Booking with us is quick and easy! Simply use the contact form or booking form on our website, or call us at 01 539 4241.
Our pricing is transparent and available on our website. We charge weekly, so to calculate your total cost:
  • 1. Multiply the number of weeks you need storage by the size of the unit.
  • 2. Add the collection and redelivery fee.

Our StudentBox storage starts at just €12.50 per week. Pricing varies based on the size of the unit you require. To secure a booking, we charge for the first four weeks of storage plus the initial collection fee.

We offer multiple secure payment options:

For StudentBox storage, we provide a load-on-arrival service. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Our driver will call you in advance to confirm the meeting time.

  • Since most student accommodations have limited parking, your items must be ready at reception for immediate loading.

  • We allow a maximum wait time of 30 minutes, so please ensure everything is packed and prepared before the driver arrives.

  • What if I can’t meet the driver at the scheduled time?

 

If you’re unable to meet our driver:

  • Many student accommodations have a reception that can accept your belongings.

  • Clearly label all your bags with your name.

  • Send us photos of the items to be picked up.

  • We will coordinate with the accommodation staff to collect your storage.

  • How can I retrieve my belongings?

 

You have two options:

  1. Home Delivery:

    Email us to arrange a convenient delivery time to your address (delivery charge applies).

  2. Warehouse Collection: Email us to find out which warehouse your StorageBox is stored in, and we’ll arrange a meeting time on-site (€20 access fee applies).

Our storage solutions are flexible—whether you need storage for a few days or several years, we can accommodate your needs.

Yes! We provide complimentary insurance for all stored items:

Our insurance covers major risks such as fire and flood. However, please note that damage caused by improper packing is not covered, as containers may experience minor movement. We recommend packing carefully to prevent damage.
